Shipping Policy

Items are shipped from Singapore to Japan, and handled by a third party courier, Singpost. Shipping costs, if covered by us, will be reflected as free shipping during your checkout process.

The estimated shipping time for Singpost airmail is 4-9 working days. We will take 1-2 working days to process your order and create a package. We urge you to be patient while waiting for your parcel to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you received a defective product, please reach out to our customer support team at support@minxpay.com. We do not accept exchange or refunds for items on sales so please refer to the measurement guides to find your suitable measurements.
